Well done Kiwis!

We are so proud of the sportspeople representing New Zealand at the 2014 Commonwealth Games being held in Glasgow.

How many different sports are there at the Commonwealth games?

Which country is on top of the medal tally?

What is the mascot for these games?

What other interesting facts can you find out about the games?

End of Term Two

Well done girls on the year so far and great work on the Year Four Art Exhibition. We look forward to working with you in Term Three.

Early next term, Year 4 will begin their inquiry into How we Organise Ourselves. This involves investigating different market places as they prepare to produce products and services in anticipation of The Year Four Marketplace in Week 9.

During the holidays it would be helpful if the girls could visit a night market, farmers market, international market, or similar and take photos of the products and services available, and also what marketing/advertising materials are being used to promote the products.

Have a happy and safe holiday.

From Ms Loo and Mr Smith
