Happy Chinese New Year
Today is Chinese New Year, we found out it was the year of the horse. Most of our class is either the year of the dog or rooster.
We discovered there were 12 animals in the Chinese Zodiac calendar. How many do you know?
Here are the horse puppets we made:
Lauren, Consuela and Cathy even taught us how to count to 10 in Mandarin and Cantonese.
